Deposit Guarantee Scheme
The bank is a member of the Deposit Protection Fund of the Association of German Banks (Bundesverband deutscher Banken e.V.) and the Compensation Scheme of German Banks (Entschädigungseinrichtung deutscher Banken GmbH).

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
RSB Retail+Service Bank GmbH is a member of the Association of German Banks (Bundesverband deutscher Banken e.V.), Berlin.
Consumers may contact the Ombudsman of the Private Banks, to which the bank is affiliated, for resolving disputes with the bank.
If the complaint concerns a payment services contract (§ 675f BGB), non-consumer customers may also contact the Ombudsman.
